Description

New construction and renovation of a municipal facility in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 486,000-square-foot, five-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Construction of a new special-purpose Crown-owned building with a GFA of approx. 45,000 sq m, to house multiple federal organizations. Project includes delivery of the base building and tenant fit-ups. TIMELINE: Designs are ongoing. Construction Manager was awarded June 2025 from contract number EQ754-240888. Site address has yet to be finalized by the city. Construction is scheduled to begin spring/summer 2026. *Contract award to the Construction Manager was in the amount of 487,790,173.60
