Alexander Building Construction Co. requests proposals for the UP-FY 18-23 Capital Systems Renewal Program - Roof Construction for Pennsylvania State University. Remedy of systemic issues such as drainage and mechanical support are also included. The scope of work consists of roof replacement upgrades, MEP modifications, and a new fall protection system serving the Leonhard Building and Engineering Services on PSU's University Park Campus. Remedy of systemic issues such as drainage and mechanical support are also included. Construction starting Summer 2024. Proposals are being accepted for the following Bid Packages: 2E.1 - General Construction 2E.2 - Mechanical 2E.3 - Electrical All Trade Contractors interested in the upcoming Capital System Renewal Program Projects must be PSU prequalified before the bidding due date.
