The intent of this Bid Call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete (CP-552) MRL Project, Bunker 11, New Cancer Centre at the General Campus for a Stipulated Price contract, issued as a CCDC 2MA - Work Authorization, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work of this Contract comprises 11 different phases associated with the delivery and coordination of the Elekta Machine. The different phases are as follows: 1 -Major demo and preliminary slab preparation. 2 -New Construction. 3 -Elekta preliminary delivery - Refer to Elekta Schedule for list of activities required. 4 -Removal of exterior hoarding to allow for the Elekta Main Gantry Delivery. 5 -Elekta Delivery Main Gantry Delivery. 6 -Coordination of activities to connect Equipment. Refer to Elekta Schedule for required list of activities. 7 -RF cage installation and associated M/E work. 8 -Chiller Delivery in basement. 9 -Final Connection. 10 -Testing. 11 -Commissioning. Bids will be accepted exclusively from the selected Bidders that are on the current TOH Roster of Prequalified General Contractors, subsequent to TOH-2022-190 ($2M - $8.9M). Mechanical and Electrical Work shall be performed by the subcontractors that are on the current TOH Roster of Prequalified contractors, as Mechanical Plumbing, Sheet Metal, and Electrical Contractors. Alternatively, Work may be performed by Subcontractors that are qualified through the General Contractor, as per the requirements and process established in the Master Agreement subsequent to TOH-2022-190 ($2M - $8.9M).
