Answers to questions received in a timely fashion will be distributed to all known recipients of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The City's Watershed Erosion Task Force (WETF) is seeking a qualified engineer(s) or engineering firm to assist in the development of a Watershed Management Master Plan for this community's nine (9), major watersheds that will follow the technical standards and guidelines, including pertinent sources of information, that have been identified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the same. The City of Wildwood, Missouri is seeking the services of a qualified engineer(s) or firm with specific and substantial knowledge in the development of a Watershed Management Master Plan, along with a broad understanding of site-sensitive planning and modeling for it to assist a group of volunteers and appointed and elected officials that are considering the needed steps to repair, reestablish, mitigate, and/or improve certain existing conditions of each of the City's identified watersheds that are considered in distress, while creating programs and policies to eliminate those conditions causing the current circumstances with erosion, flooding, and habitat loss.
