Metro is seeking bids for on-call asbestos testing services and asbestos abatement services for both residential and commercial properties owned by Metro. This includes all Metro facilities, sites and venues. Sites include, but are not limited to: o Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Ave, Portland OR 97232 o Blue Lake Park, 20500 NE Marine Drive, Troutdale OR 97060 o Oxbow Regional Park, 3010 SE Oxbow , Gresham OR 97080 o Tualatin River (Borland) Field Office, 2661 SW Borland Road, Tualatin OR 97062 o Metro Latex Paint, 4825 N Basin Ave, Portland OR 97217 o St. Johns Landfill, 9387 N Columbia Blvd, Portland OR 97203 o Killingsworth Fast Disposal, 5558 NE 75th St., Portland, OR 97218 o Metro South Station, including Household Hazardous Waste Facilities, 2001 Washington Street, Oregon City, OR 97045 o Metro Central Station, including Household Hazardous Waste Facilities, 6161 NW 61st Avenue, Portland, OR 97210 o Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Portland OR 97232 o Expo Center 2060 N Marine Drive, Portland OR 97217 o Antoinette Hatfield Hall, 1111 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205 o Keller Auditorium, 222 SW Clay St, Portland OR 97201 o Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, 1037 SW Broadway, Portland OR 97205 o Any park facilities not listed above. o Any facilities, residential sites, and boat ramps not listed above. o Sites, facilities, locations may be added or deleted as ownership changes occur Mistakes must be crossed out and corrections typewritten or written in ink adjacent thereto, and initialed in ink by the party signing the Bid, or an authorized representative. All bids must be on the forms furnished by Metro or they may be rejected by Metro. Bidder shall complete and submit the following Metro forms: Bid Checklist Schedule of Bid Prices Recycling Certificate of Compliance References Written amounts shall be shown in both words and figures. Words shall govern in cases of discrepancy between the amounts stated in words and the amounts stated in figures. Bids shall be open at a public bid opening conducted by Metro. Only bidder name and bid pricing will be read aloud. Metro will then proceed with bid evaluation prior to notifying bidders of the selected contractor.
