The Port of Portland (the "Port") is soliciting proposals from experienced firms or teams of firms (the "Provider or Providers") capable of providing services to the Port on the Request for Proposal (RFP) RFP On-Call Marine Facility Operations, Design, and Planning Services. The Port intends to award one or more highly qualified Provider(s) up to a potential 5-year contract. The term of this Personal Services Contract (the Contract) shall commence on March 11, 2024 or the date that this Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later, and shall expire on March 10, 2029, unless sooner terminated under the provisions of this Contract. Expiration of the Contract term does not excuse Providers duty to provide all Services relating to work initiated prior to the expiration date, and the completion of those Services shall be subject to the terms of this Contract.
