Allow Electronic Quote: No Informal Bid Flag: No Multnomah County Drainage District ("MCDD") and Columbia Corridor Drainage Districts Joint Contracting Authority ("JCA"), seek written proposals from qualified vendors able to provide permitting, professional engineering design, bid assistance, and construction support related to rehabilitating two levee segments. The Districts anticipates entering into one, non-exclusive, not-to-exceed contract with the Consultant's team for all the Services included within the RFP. All necessary permits, permit exemptions, and approvals shall be obtained under this contract. The owner reserves the right to reorganize the design delivery at the agency's own discretion. The contract term will be five (5) years; three years dedicated to design. The contract resulting from this RFP is anticipated to be awarded in Not-to-Exceed amount of $1,379,000.
