Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Plainfield charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 3,000 feet of 8-inch water main including fittings, hydrants, valves, and water services. Abandonment of existing 2, 4, & 6-inch water mains. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contractor must furnish adequate material, equipment, labor and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Plainfield Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price must accompany each bid. This surety will bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days thereafter.
