Description

Site work for a civil project in Plainfield charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Completion dates are included in the Project Specifications, Section 1.05.01 - Project Schedule. The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 13,500 feet of 8-inch force main including fittings, structures, etc. One duplex submersible lift station including pumps, valves, generator, piping etc. Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Contractor must furnish adequate material, equipment, labor and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation. Contract documents may be examined online at or at the offices of: Prein&Newhof, 3355 Evergreen Drive NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 And some local plan rooms. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by local funds. All contract payments will be made by Plainfi eld Charter Township. Federal wages do not apply to this contract. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Plainfield Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days thereafter.
