Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Plainfield charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 5,100 feet of 8-inch water main including fittings, hydrants, valves, and water services. Abandonment or removal of existing water main and all necessary appurtenances, restoration, and traffic control. Temporary Water service for thirteen (13) service connections on Westshire Court. Contractor must furnish adequate material, equipment, labor, and supervision to complete the specified work, which also includes testing, inspection, and placing the system in operation A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable to Plainfield Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. Question Deadline 02/25/2025 Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid.
