Martha's Vineyard Regional High School - Flooring Installation The contractor will install flooring as advertised at the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of Flooring Installation (see Scope of Work attached). The Contractor shall be expected to perform Flooring Installation at the Martha's Vineyard Regional High School, 100 Edgartown Road, Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts, encompassing approximately 165,000 square feet in the building (see Floor Plans attached) MVRHS is seeking quotes on the following flooring installation. Each location must have their own quote. 1. Install 2.5 mm glue down, Metroflor LVT or equivalent to cover tile or concrete floor. Cove base molding of 4 inches. Each room will have two or more doors for a transition at the following locations: i. Outside door 31, the hallway leading to and including Classroom 101 and 102 ii. Guidance Office to include Kitchen, Conference Room, Guidance Office Room 1, Guidance Office Room 2, Guidance Office Room 3, Office Room, Back Guidance Office Room 4, Back Office Waiting Room and Main Room Conference Waiting Room. iii. Student Affairs Office to include Conference Room, Disciplinary Office, Detention Office, Detention Space, Adjustment Counselor Office 1, Adjustment Counselor Office 2, Adjustment Counselor Office 3, Adjustment Counselor Office 4, Student Affairs Office Waiting Room and Storage Room iv. Performance Arts Center Main Lobby Entrance Area v. Room 510 vi. Room 115 vii. Room 405D viii. Room 109 (on floor map Library Conference Room) The vendor will invoice MVRHS for each individual project.
