Network Switches and Wireless Devices for Windsor Forest High School (ERATE Eligible). A Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the total estimated amount of the proposal, made payable to the Savannah-Chatham County Board of Public Education. If a Bidder's Bid exceeds $100,000 and the Bidder is the successful Bidder who is awarded a contract at the end of this solicitation then the successful Bidder will be required to provide both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% percent of the total Contract amount within 14 days receipt of the District's Intent to Award and prior to execution of contract. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids/proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Board. The Board has the right to disqualify a bid/proposal of any offeror deemed non-responsive to the Board. The Savannah Chatham County Board of Public Education does not discriminate in educational programs, activities, or employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
