Section 1 Scope of Contract The Office of Procurement Services issues this solicitation to establish a Master Agreement for Janitorial Services for Kentucky Board of Nursing. Section 2 Bid Specifications Janitorial Services to be performed at the Kentucky Board of Nursing office located at 312 Whittington Parkway, Suite 300, Louisville, KY 40222. Janitorial Specifications and Frequency Schedule The Kentucky Board of Nursing office is approximately 16,206 square feet. Janitorial Services are to be performed five (5) nights per week, Monday through Friday, after close of business. Prior to contract effective date, the awarded contractor shall schedule a walkthrough meeting with the KBN designated representative, to familiarize themselves with the facility and review contract performance criteria.
