As of May 8, 2025, project has been awarded. Purpose This Request for Proposal is seeking a developer to undertake the development and construction of five (5) modular housing units on five (5) sites in Louisville-Jefferson County. The sites can be chosen by the developer from the available stock owned by LMG and the Louisville Landbank listed in Exhibit A. LMG will provide each site for $1 each and will also provide up to $500,000 of funding for the development in a 0% interest loan to be repaid at the time of closing on the property with an eligible buyer.
