A timeline for award has not yet been established.** SCOPE OF WORK This Contract provides for catch basin replacements at 755 Dixie Highway, 1662 W Kentucky Street, 828 S 17th Street, 823 S 15th Street, 1111 Zane Street, 2016 Anderson Street, 1550 & 1530 Galagher Street, 1529 Hale Ave, 2202 Maple Street, 712 S 15th Street, 900 s 12th Street, 1618 W Breckinridge Street, 908 West Broadway, 1100 Garland Ave, 1719 West Kentucky St, 1824 Garland Ave, 1720 W Broadway, 931, Dixie Highway, 836 S 22nd Street, 1047 S 15th St, 1642 Gallagher St, 1028 S 15th St, 821 S 17th St, 1009 S 15th St, 1052 S 15th St, 1018 S 15th St, 1700 Gallagher St, 1134 S 15th ST, 829 S 23rd St, 1420 W Broadway, and 1701 W St. Catherine St. This project provides for trap catch basin replacements within the California Neighborhood. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting held for this project. Completed by June 30, 2024. The Contractor agrees to pay liquidated damages at the sum of $300.00 for each consecutive calendar day exceeding the completion date specified on the Notice-to-Proceed, per Article 2 of the Contract. All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's designated web portal. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered. Only answers by formal written Addenda posted on MSD's designated web portal will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. All inquiries and questions between the bid opening and the contract awarding shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's Chief Engineer, David W. Johnson, P.E. Question Deadline 01/06/2024 If applicable, the goals are as follows: 18.0% MBE - African American, 2.0% MBE - Asian-Indian American and15.0% WBE - Caucasian Female participation respectively required for this project. MBE and WBE businesses are encouraged to bid on this project as a prime contractor. MSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid. The Engineers Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $375,000.00 and $425,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
