The Work must be completed on or before the expiration of TWENTY (20) Working Days, Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified time limit will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of TWO THOUSAND ($2,000.00) Dollars per Working Day until the Work is completed. Attendance at this pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged, but not mandatory. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting shall not relieve the bidders of the responsibility to ascertain the full extent of the construction and to perform all work in accordance with the tender documents. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to conditions which would have been ascertained by an inspection of the site prior to the tender closing date.
