Rehabilitate Ft. Smith Administrative Building, Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area (BICA), Big Horn County, MT, U.S.A. The work renovates the NPS Administration Building to address component renewal and cyclic maintenance issues, bring the building into compliance with accessibility code and federal energy efficiency regulations, and create a modern workplace that can be shared by NPS and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation (BOR or USBR) staff. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and complete within 578 days. QUESTION: Pre-proposal questions shall be submitted a minimum of 7 business days prior to the due date and time for proposals. Submit questions only though email to the contract specialist at molly_lynam@nps.gov. When submitting questions, offerors should include as much context as possible to help the government understand Q&A implications such as: is an RFP extension necessary, does this impact pricing, will this Q&A impact subcontractor pricing, etc. Period of Performance: 03/01/2024 to 09/30/2025 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
