Any questions on this RFP must be submitted in writing and e-mailed to Paige McDonald, Purchasing Coordinator for Comal ISD at paige.mcdonald@comalisd.org and Nicole Blanchard, Director of Business Services at nicole.blanchard@comalisd.org. All correspondence after the issuance of this RFP shall be directed through the Comal ISD Purchasing Department as identified in this document. Any contact outside of the Purchasing Coordinator & Director of Business Services will be considered non-compliance and cause for rejection of qualifications packet. All questions or requests for clarification must be received no later than Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM CT The District reserves the right to: (1) conduct interviews with the five or fewer top-ranked firms, as deemed to be in the best interests of the District; (2) reject any or all Proposals and to make awards as may be advantageous to the District; (3) to hold Proposals for sixty days from submission date without action; and (4) to waive irregularities or technicalities in the Proposals in order to take an action which is in the best interests of the District. Comal ISD guarantees no quantities, dollar amounts, or awards to any Respondent and reserves the right to terminate the services of any selected Respondent at any time if not satisfied with the Respondent's performance. The District will consider and evaluate all Proposals meeting the stated specifications.
