The City of Miramar is soliciting quotes from qualified Responders to furnish all material, equipment (cranes, lifting devices) and labor for the replacement of Air Line Valve and Header gaskets at the City's WWRF. The City will provide new gaskets. 1. For the replacement of gaskets on 20-inch butterfly valve on Aeration Basin #5. This part of the project will require the contractor to complete the task in 4 hours and commencement for this task will start at 1am and must be completed by 5am. 2. Additionally, there will be (3) 20-inch flange gaskets and (3) 10-inch expansion joint couplings on Aeration Basin #5. This can be completed with no time restraints after 20-inch butterfly valve is completed. 3. Replacement of (1) 6-inch butterfly valve gaskets and (1) 6-inch expansion joint couplings on Aeration Basin #1 Influent side. Contractor will have 2 hours to complete this part of the project and can be done during normal working hours 8am - 5pm. 4. Replacement of (1) 8-inch gasket, replacement of (1) 6-inch butterfly valve gasket and (1) 6- inch expansion joint gaskets on Aeration Basin #2 Influent side with a maximum time for this task of 2 to 3 hours. Replacement of (1) 10-inch gasket and 10-inch expansion joint gasketson Aeration Basin #2 Effluent side. Contractor will have a maximum time of 3 hours to complete this task. 5. Replacement of (1) 6-inch gasket and (1) 6-inch expansion joint on the Influent side of Aeration Basin #3. No time constraints for this task. Replacement of (1) 10-inch butterfly valve gaskets, (1) 10-inch gasket and (1) 10-inch expansion joint gaskets on the Effluent side of Aeration Basin #3. Contractor will have a maximum time of 3 hours to complete this task. 6. Replacement of (1) 8-inch gasket, (1) 8-inch expansion joint gaskets and (1) 6-inch expansion joint gaskets on the Influent side of Aeration Basin #4. Contractor will have a maximum time of 3 hours to complete this task. 7.
