Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Vernon, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

This project will construct a new sidewalk along the east side of Laventure Road, along with stormwater utility improvements and street pavement overlay. Work elements include removal of existing pavement, construction of concrete sidewalk, ADA-compliant crosswalk pedestrian ramps, street asphalt pavement milling/grinding and thin overlay, stormwater utility improvements, adjustments of existing utilities, street striping and channelization, and property edge restoration. Site work will begin on or before September 1, 2025, and shall be completed in 70 Working Days. Work is anticipated to be suspended for the wet weather period in October 2025 and resume April 2026. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations The Engineer's Estimate is $1,050,000 - $1,200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
