Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hemet, California. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Hemet (City) is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for the design of Esplanade Avenue between Warren Road and Sanderson Avenue. Services include, but are not limited to, preparation of improvement plans for addition of sidewalk within the City limits (south side of Esplanade Avenue), and any required studies/reports and infrastructure as part of this project (including any drainage facilities). All services provided by the Consultant shall be performed by individuals who meet the qualifications, education, and certifications/licensing requirements necessary for the work being performed.
