The first year term of the Contract Agreement will be from the date of award and extend through May 2024. Remaining annual terms of the Contract Agreement is to begin the second full weekend of October of the current year and extend through May the following year. The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City of Aurora.
