The City of Inglewood Finance Department's General Service Division (City) maintains City-owned buildings' interior and exterior walls. Throughout the year, Departments make requests for various painting projects. The City secures the work with the help of outside contractors by issuing Master Services Agreements (MSA). Prequalified contractors that receive an MSA will receive Request for Quotes (RFQ) for repainting and refinishing task order projects. The City of Inglewood invites and will receive qualifications duly filed herein for qualified "AsNeeded Facilities Repainting and Refinishing Services," as specified in this document. Each qualification response shall be submitted and completed in all particulars and must be enclosed in a sealed package addressed to the City of Inglewood, Purchasing and Contract Services Division Office, 8th floor, One Manchester Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90301, with the designation of the project, "As-Needed Facilities Repainting and Refinishing Services" appearing thereon. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularity within any qualification response and to take qualification responses under advisement for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from and after the date qualification responses are opened and announced. The City reserves the right to waive informalities in any qualification response, to reject any or all responses, to reject one part of a qualification response and accept the other, except to the extent that responses are qualified by specific limitations, and to make awards to the respondent whose qualification response is most beneficial to the needs of the City. Each Respondent is responsible for the timely delivery of any response. Additionally, the City will not be responsible for the delivery of any qualification responses to the wrong address or City department. Each Respondent assumes all risks and/or consequences of an incorrect delivery or an untimely delivery of a qualification response.
