Sealed bids for the Innovative School Model Renovations - Phase 1 to include projects at Bearden Middle School, Cedar Bluff Middle School, Farragut Middle School, Halls Middle School, Hardin Valley Middle School, Karns Middle School, Central High School, Hardin Valley Academy, and Karns High School. Bidders must use the bid envelope cover sheet provided in the project manual and include their Full Name, Address, Tennessee Contractor's License Number, along with any other required information, and deposit the bid in the Knox County Procurement Bid Box. Knox County reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the County. Questions regarding this bid request shall be directed, in writing, to Ben Sharbel, CPPO, CPPB, Supervisor of Property Development and Asset Management, 1000 N. Central Street, Suite 100, Knoxville, TN 37917, ben.sharbel@knoxcounty.org (Tel 865-215-5765) no later than Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. local time. All technical questions will be addressed by written addendum issued by Knox County Procurement.
