Site work for a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work is to be bid only by KUB pre-qualified contractors in the following area: 3.5 Water Plant Construction, Unlimited. Q & A deadline: May 10, 2024 4:00:00 PM EDT All communications concerning this project shall be addressed to Zach Breeding at Zachary.breeding@kub.org Issue addendum if required by 12:00 PM EST, May 10, 2024. Notice to Proceed on or about June 12, 2024. Substantial Completion within 240 days from the commence date in Notice to Proceed, or February 7, 2025. Each bidder must turn in a security deposit with its Bid. The deposit is five percent (5%) of the Bid amount, subject to the conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall also be required to execute performance and payment Bonds in such amounts as required by the Bidding Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects therein.
