Renovation of a water / sewer project in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Stage II to the prequalified firms only. The work includes a demonstration scale Hydrothermal Liquefaction (HTL) Plant at the Annacis Island Wastewater Treatment Plant. This project is intended to advance HTL technology by fully assessing the technical and economic viability of HTL for processing wastewater sludge into biocrude at demonstration scale. Work for this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Supply and install equipment pad, new fire hydrants, manholes c/w pvc pipes and construction of temporary vehicular access and parking. 2. Provision and installation of Sludge Pumps, Sludge Holding Tank and Mixer, Process Effluent tanks, Biocrude Tanks, Odour Control process and stack, Hot hot water unit, sumps and sump pumps, air dryer and compressor, piping and piping supports, safety showers, cables and cable trays, and lighting on the HTL site; 3. Provision and installation of associated instrumentation, electrical, electrical equipment and wiring, and process sensors and switches 4. Installation and re-connection of Corporation Supplied Equipment, namely the HTL modules and two trailers ("Modules") and sludge centrifuge packages ("Centrifuge") 5. Installation of two sludge pumps, associated piping and instrumentation inside the AIWWTP galleries.
