The proposed project generally includes pavement rehabilitation, select concrete and curbs, pedestrian lighting, drainage improvements, hydronic heating system, and related elements. The work also consists of park improvements including walkway hardscape elements, lighting, fountain, and concrete surface. The work will take place within the central parking lot and nearby park in the Village of Hamburg. The site is bordered by Buffalo Street (NYS Route 62) to the east, Main Street (NYS Route 62) to the south, Union Street to the north and various businesses.
