The Town of Hamburg is seeking the services of a qualified firm to develop a Design (Phase I) for a 8,000 ft2 - 12,000 ft2 concrete skatepark which will revitalize the existing, distressed community park on Electric Avenue in the Town of Hamburg, New York. Please note that this RFP is for Phase I - Design only, Phase II - Construction will follow a similar but separate and subsequent contractor selection process. The Town of Hamburg reserves the right to reject all proposals if deemed to be in their best interest. The Town of Hamburg also reserves the right to amend this Request for Proposals based on questions and issues raised during the conduct of this solicitation. Any costs incurred while preparing the proposal will not be reimbursed by the Town of Hamburg.
