Renovation of an educational facility in Kennewick, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Kennewick School District is requesting qualifications and proposals from qualified design professionals to provide services for Architecture & Engineering Services for pre-construction design of the Tri-Tech Skills Center Core Modernization. Project: Modernization of the original 66,000 square foot area of the Tri-Tech facility built in 1981. The modernization would include energy and life safety improvements along with a reorganization of the 41-year-old spaces to satisfy current programs. Interviews will be held on January 16, 2024 in-person. The District encourages interest from minority and women owned firms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
