All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online b The Project consists of but not limited to: The project work consists of the replacement of exterior windows and doors at the H.B. Lawrence School in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The work is estimated to cost $3,103,777.00. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the CITY OF HOLYOKE. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. TRADES Waterproofing / Damp proofing / Caulking Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Doors and Windows, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
