Hard bid on a Modernization and 1,455 SF expansion to the existing community center including: New exterior siding, roofing, and awnings New storefront doors and windows Reconfiguration of the entry, lobby, reception area and office Structural and seismic upgrades Replacement of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems New security and fire protection systems Landscaping of the adjacent exterior space including a parking lot renovation, site furnishings, lighting, paving, fencing, bioretention basins, utilities, planting, and irrigation. 17-month construction duration. $2,500 per Cal Day - Liquidated Damages for completion. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT SUB BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
