Renovation of a municipal facility in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

CONTRACT - HVAC MODIFICATIONS: Furnish labor and materials for modification of an existing roof-top heating and ventilating system in the penthouse(s) area ofthe Health & Human Services Building located at 303 W. Chapel Street in Dodgeville Wisconsin. Work will include retrofit of ductwork, louvers, dampers, and plenums for an existing system of condensing units an space heaters. Work will include: Mechanical Heating and Ventilating Work along with incidental General Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, and Miscellaneous Work Items. Also furnish labor and materials for Site Demolition, Removal and Salvage, Retrofit, Fabrication, Erection, and Installation of controls, louvers, actuators, ductwork, ventilation, plenums, and plumbing components for natural gas and electrical services to the building's HVAC system(s). Project completion is scheduled for net 180 days from the issuance of a Contract Agreement. BIDDING FORMALITIES: Iowa County will award the Contract on the basis ofthe lowest responsible bidder. However, Iowa County reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or option deemed advantageous to Iowa County as determined by Iowa County. The bidders are reminded to make sure that their bid package is complete, has been properly filled out, and signed by an authorized officer before submission. No bids telephoned or faxed will be considered. All bids submitted must be signed by an authorized representative and received in one ofthe following fashions prior to the bid date and time: 1. the Iowa County Highway Department Office prior to the time ofbid letting in a "sealed envelope", clearly marked as "Iowa County HHS HVAC Modification Project". 2. Bids may also be submitted electronically through the Iowa County website portal as provide at website under the Bids/RFPs tab. Electronic submittals shall be required to meet the time and deadline advertised for bids. It is the Bidder's responsibility to verify electronic bids have been submitted and received by the County within the advertised timelines specified. No bid shall be withdrawn, without the consent ofIowa County; for a period ofup to sixty (60) days after the scheduled time ofthe bid opening or honored thru March 20, 2024.
