Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Northeast Acres Phase 2 Improvements. Project No. 200180 Northeast Acres Phase 2 Improvements - to include: the construction of Lisa St (975 LF) and Peterson Dr (580 LF) including grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, base course, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, landscaping, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. All Bids shall be uploaded and submitted through online only with EJCDC C-430 Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through online shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43. Please make your check payable to Vierbicher and send it to 201 E.
