The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("the Town"), is hereby requesting proposals from qualified, Janitorial Contractors to provide contractual janitorial services to the Town of Palm Beach Buildings. The awarded proposer shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, expertise, labor, supervision, and the transportation necessary to perform in good workmanlike manner the services required by this RFP. Award shall be made to the Proposer which offers the best value to the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive non-material irregularities or technicalities and to re-advertise for all or any part of this solicitation as deemed in its best interest. The Town shall be the sole judge of its best interest. The contract will begin immediately after award. The first year of the contract shall terminate in concurrence with the end of the Town's fiscal year 2024, ending on September 30, 2024. There shall be four (4) additional one (1) year term options, based on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance, for a maximum contract length of five (5) years.
