Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Description: Work at this school will include expansion of academic space with a building addition on east side - six additional classrooms, new media center, new full-size gymnasium addition, renovation of the former gym and cafeteria into larger kitchen and cafeteria, expand administration area, expand parking to 84 spaces total, playground additions, utilities and sitework. Upgrades to existing building to include interior lighting, fire alarm, cameras, security. Shiel Sexton is seeking qualified subcontractor bids for the IPS Eliza Blaker 55 Renovation & Additions project for work associated with the following bid packages: Contract No. 01 - Aggregate Piers Contract No. 02 - Earthwork Contract No. 03 - Concrete Contract No. 04 - Masonry Contract No. 05 - Steel Contract No. 06 - General Trades Contract No. 07 - Metal Panels Contract No. 08 - Roofing Contract No. 09 - Glass & Glazing Contract No. 10 - Drywall & Acoustics Contract No. 11 - Flooring Contract No. 12 - Painting Contract No. 13 - Fire Protection Contract No. 14 - Plumbing & HVAC Contract No. 15 - Electrical Contract No. 16 - Asphalt Paving Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total base bid amount For questions regarding the bid documents contact Kyle Petre at kpetre@shielsexton.com or submit questions to IPSProjects@shielsexton.com
