Jasper Multi- Use Pathway- Phase 2 Mill Street to St. Charles Street All Sealed Bids shall be turned into the Office of the City Engineer, 610 Main Street, Jasper, IN 47547. From Mill Street to 30th Street, the scope-of-work for Jasper Multi-Use Pathway Project includes an 8 feet wide multi-use pathway and grading for drainage. From 30th Street to Newton Street, the scope-of-work for the Jasper Multi-Use Pathway Project includes the construction of new concrete curb and gutter on the southside of 30th street, grading, and the construction of a 6 feet wide sidewalk along the back of the new curb and gutter. Drive reconstructions are anticipated as a part of construction. From Newton Street to St. Chares Street, the scope-of-work for the Jasper Multi-Use Pathway Project includes the narrowing and profile milling of Northwood Avenue, construction of new concrete curb and gutter, new drainage, grading, and the construction of an 8 feet wide multi-use pathway. During construction, two-way traffic will be maintained from Lottes Drive to Newton Street (US 231) by utilizing the existing north shoulder along 30th Street. One-way westbound traffic will be maintained from Newton Street (US231) to St Charles Street with a detour utilizing St. Charles, 36th Street and Newton Street for eastbound traffic No Work shall be done at the Site prior to such date. In accordance with the Agreement, the date of Substantial Completion is October 15, 2024 and the date of readiness for final payment is November 30, 2024
