This Request for Tenders (RFT) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Services (TPS) to the following pre-qualified Suppliers (secured through RFPQ No. 1446565-21) to submit bids for the performance of the Work. Only Bids received from the Suppliers identified above shall be considered by the TPS. Mandatory Requirements: Vendors to refer to section 1.3 of the RFT addressing RFT Documents. Submission forms are as provided in Part 4 - Submission Forms, and consist of the following: Part 4 - Form A - Bid Submission Form; Part 4 - Form B - Bid Bond; Part 4 - Form C - Non-Disclosure Agreement; Part 4 - Form D - Hazardous Substance notification Acknowledgement; and Part 5 - Pricing Form Only those firms satisfying the mandatory requirements will proceed to Stage 2 of the evaluation process. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project. Anticipated Award Date: First Quarter 2024.
