Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Monee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Project consists of a new administration and vehicle storage building. The new construction work shall commence upon notice to proceed to be issued after the February Village Board Project Approval. All firms submitting Bids may be required to provide qualifications showing previous similar-scale project experience. All firms submitting bids must provide a total project cost for completion of their portion of the work and a list of their experience of other similar work. The total project cost must include the necessary contractor licenses, labor, equipment, tools, insurance, bonds, project services costs and so forth incidental to and required to fully execute the work, without exception as per complete documentation. Insurance in the amount and types described below, naming the Owner and its professional service agents as additionally insured, will be required prior to the start of construction work. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Amount must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract Amount prior to execution of Contracts in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors submitting Bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to the Village of Monee. Contractors are advised that the Contract as finally entered into with any successful Bidder, may be entered into with the Village of Monee. VOM reserves the right to reject any bid or to accept any bid or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn by any Bidder within 60 days of the date of Bid receipt. Village of Monee reserves the right to award the Bid to the lowest responsible Bidder.
