Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Cary, Illinois. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Each bid submission must include a Bid Form, and Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid, and all requested documentation confirming the Contractor meets all District bid qualifications. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract. The Cary Community Consolidated School District 26 Board of Education is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and irregularities in bidding procedures and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, or to accept any bid that in it's sole opinion best serves the interests of the School District, as determined by the District The Cary Community Consolidated School District 26 Board of Education is accepting bids for the demolition of existing buildings and select site improvements on the Maplewood School property in Cary, Illinois. Scope of Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and other means of construction necessary for the demolition and off-site disposal of four existing buildings, including stored furniture and equipment, and select site improvements. Work is scheduled to take place from February 2024 through May 2024
