Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Traverse City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work involved in this project consists principally of the following Building and Infrastructure Demolition. A certified check, bank draft or bid bond without condition to the City of Traverse City in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted as a guarantee of good faith subject to the conditions stipulated in the "Instructions to Bidders". The City of Traverse City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and to accept the bids either on an entire or individual basis that is in the best interests of the City of Traverse City. This is not a federal aid project. SCOPE OF THE WORK. The scope of the work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for completing of the project as shown on the plans and referred to in these specifications.
