The City of Sunset Hills, Missouri (the "City") seeks bids from qualified contractors for 2024 Joint Seal Project (the "Project"). Direct all questions to Jerry Eimer at jeime@sunset-hills.com. Proposed construction for the Project will consist generally of: Mill down a depth necessary to correct the profile for the entire pavement. The area that is marked out consists of roughly 8,354 SY ofroad surface that is 3,380 LF in length. The existing surface has both a Micro-seal and a small aggregate chip seal on the surface. The milled area will then be overlayed with a 2" St. Louis County C-Mix after application of proper tack and pavement markings restored.
