The York County School District #1 is accepting proposals for professional Architectural & Engineering Design services to provide full services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined in the AIA B151- 1997 contract documents for Architectural and Engineering design services in support the following project. MAXIMUM CONTRACT PERIOD - Estimated: Start date: February 1, 2024 End date: Approximately June 1, 2025. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award. Question Deadline 01/08/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All questions shall be in writing and submitted to the Procurement Officer via Email or Mail. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining, and maintaining in good standing, all licenses (including professional licenses, if any), permits, inspections and related fees for each or any such licenses, permits and /or inspections required by the State, county, city or other government entity or unit to accomplish the work specified in this solicitation and the contract. York School District #1 reserves the right to disqualify any firm which does not follow such a format. Additional general narrative is welcome, but only addition to your specific response
