Renovation of an educational facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A. A brief description of the Base Bid Work covered by the Contract Documents is provided below. Alternates, if any, are described elsewhere. Roof replacements to include the following buildings: Van Vleet Building and Physical Plant Building. Design to include tear off to deck, new insulation, new 80 mil white Fleece BACK TPO membrane system, new metal and base flashings, repairs/addition of drainage systems and overflows as required, and standard TN 30 year roof warranty B. The Work sequence required, if any, is provided below. C. Phasing of the Work required, if any, is described in the table below. Commencement and completion requirements are stated elsewhere. "All" Work includes general mobilization, administration, demobilization, and other portions of the Work that are not otherwise assigned to a Phase. Entities obtaining Bidding Documents become Bidders of Record for notifications. Bidders of Record may purchase hard copies of Bidding Documents from the same source (nonrefundable). Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law. Five percent (5%) Bid Security is required in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Non-discrimination policy applies.
