South Lawrence East School Complex - HVAC Renovations. Required DCAMM Certification as Prime/General Contractor in HVAC. Bidders must submit a (5%) bid deposit with their bid. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, DCAMM Certification and OSHA Certifications. The city of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
