Reference Number 0000261630 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/11 12:00:00 PM CST SECTION 1- Supply and Deposit Traffic Gravel Class “A” on PR 200 (Project ID No. C07408) Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling and depositing Traffic Gravel Class “A” on Provincial Road 200 in the Rural Municipality of Morris. SECTION 2 – Supply and Deposit Traffic Gravel Class “A” on PR 246 (Project ID No. C07409) Supplying, crushing, loading, hauling and depositing Traffic Gravel Class “A” on Provincial Road 246 in the Rural Municipality of Morris. COMPLETION MODEL The Contract will be assessed Liquidated Damages in accordance with the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES SUB COMPLETION Shall be defined as all work required to complete the production of aggregate for Traffic Gravel Class "A" The work must be completed by no later than MARCH 31 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMPLETION All other work necessary for the completion of Supply/Deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "A" shall be completed free of daily liquidated damages on or before JULY 15, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. The maximum liquidation damage charge at any given time shall be FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed.
