Agathe Arena facility: Option #1 Refrigeration Ice Plant System Repairs and Upgrades Option #2 New Ammonia (R717) Refrigeration Ice Plant to Replace Existing Option #3 New Freon Type Refrigeration Ice Plant to Replace Existing 1 The Refrigeration Plant Repair/Replacement Proposal is expected to be tendered and awarded in around February 23, 2024. 2 The existing refrigeration plant typically shuts down around March 31 of each year and the Contractor will have access to the site as of this date. 3 Refrigeration Plant Repair/Replacement Work is expected to be complete and fully operational in around August 1, of 2024. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
