Renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Upgrages and improvements to the Hospital building in accordance with bloc 9 ventilation improvement master plan. The scope of the project includes the installation of two air pretreatment systems with thermal wheels as well as four ventilation systems to supply the upper floors of block 9, two of which will be installed in this project. The new equipment will be installed in the existing mechanical rooms. TIMELINE: Following the public tenders AO-23-018/1747219 and AO-24-011/1848035 the owner has awarded an equipment supplier and contractor for implementation of the first package of the construction program. Construction is underway and is expected to be completed in early/spring 2026. Subsequent package tenders will be followed if/when they are issued in new separate reports.
