Construction of a high-end boutique-hotel for a recognized brand annexed for the Montreal Casino. The low-rise building will promote a dynamic interface with public space and will be in accordance with the cultural landscape. The project will feature principles of sustainable development including LEED certification, integration with Boma Best certification and carried out according to the PCI integrated design and building data modeling (BIM) processes. The new hotel will include approximately 200 rooms, integrated parking that will not affect the architectural quality of the site. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is underway. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. While the work should aim for delivery in 2027 at the latest, timelines of development of this large-scale project are not finalized because of its complicity.
