Official postponement of the timeline (March 2026): Initially promised for 2026 or 2027, Loto-Québec management has officially confirmed that the opening is postponed to 2028. This delay is due to the technical complexity of building on existing infrastructure (the P3 parking garage) and the increased size of the project. The development team is actively working to obtain the final permits from the City of Montreal and the authorities of Parc Jean-Drapeau to ensure that the building complies with environmental constraints and the park's skyline.
