Also proposed for Contractors to participate in a registered Apprenticeship Program approved through the United States Department of Labor. Scope of Services: The College is building a new Transportation Center at the Forest Park Campus and intends to furnish the campus with the necessary equipment per the attached FF&E Drawings and Specifications. Locations: St. Louis Community College - Forest Park Campus 5600 Oakland Ave. St. Louis, MO 63110 Response Requirements: 1. Successful suppliers should provide responses to the following proposal components. The selection of a successful supplier and the accompanying award of a purchase order agreement are to be based on evaluation criteria established by the College and the selection of a successful supplier will be at the discretion of the College. The College reserves the right to make the final determination on the bidders' ability to comply with all requirements listed herein. 2. Successful supplier(s) must provide an assigned representative who will be responsible for quoting equipment prices and product availability, keeping the College updated on all changes in products specifications, pricing, services, and installation. Successful supplier(s) must also provide the College with support personnel who will be available to handle equipment inquiries when the sales representative is not available. Please provide a bio of each person to be assigned to the College's account. 3. The College requires all equipment quotations to include freight, delivery, design (as required/necessary) and installation. The response to this section must include the cost of all installation in a per person/per hour format. The installer is required to accompany the final walkthru of the project with the College and the supplier. If installation problems are found during the final walk-thru, the supplier will correct deficiencies to the satisfaction of the College at no additional costs and within a reasonable timeframe. 4. Describe design services available to the college and a brief description of designer(s) that would be assigned to the College's account. 5. The successful supplier(s) must describe the commitment to guaranteed reliability and speed of order fulfillment. What is the company's performance record for on-time and complete shipments to the customerHow do you measure this performance Do you measure by manufacturing site and/or product line Please provide evidence of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction achievements. 6. The College would like to consider web-based equipment selection and procurement. What program(s) can you offer to electronically support your customer Have you used the Web to enhance processes for your clients including the use of a "shopping cart" model Would you consider the development of an STLCC website for the College Can the website be used to submit service and warranty claims as well as order placement 7. Describe your warranty policies specific to each line of equipment included in your bid response.
