Successful suppliers should provide responses to the following proposal components. The selection of a successful supplier and the accompanying award of a purchase order agreement are to be based on evaluation criteria established by the College and the selection of a successful supplier will be at the discretion of the College. Successful supplier(s) must provide an assigned representative who will be responsible for quoting equipment prices and product availability, keeping the College updated on all changes in products specifications, pricing, services, and installation. The College requires all equipment quotations to include freight, delivery, design (as required/necessary) and installation. The installer is required to accompany the final walkthru of the project with the College and the supplier. If installation problems are found during the final walk-thru, the supplier will correct deficiencies to the satisfaction of the College at no additional costs and within a reasonable timeframe. 4.
