Reference Number 0000338023 Delivery Point: Herrick Park Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date:04/30/2026 Isabella County is soliciting proposals for a Prime Professional for the Herrick Recreation Area Development Project (ARPA-0174). As required by the DNR Spark Grant Project Procedures, the Prime Professional hired may be a landscape architect, architect or engineer. The selected Prime Professional firm will provide all planning services necessary for the design and construction of the project, including preparation of plans, specifications, and bid documents, and will be required to conduct a final inspection to certify that all work was completed satisfactorily according to the approved plans and specifications. This RFP is intended to aid in the selection of a Prime Professional that is best suited to meet the DNR Spark Grant #ARPA-0174 requirements for the Herrick Recreation Area Development Project.
